Our company provides a unique design for every situation. Our customer policy is based in several aspects:

1. Problem analysis Focused on customer needs and design options.

2. Proposed design of the sewer lines, treatment and subsequent re-use of clarified water, involving the client in a consultation. Investment efficiency calculations are a part of the consultation.

3. Design work and price statement follow the consultation outcome.

4. Production, delivery, assembly of the installation - we deliver the installation as a turn-key project. In most cases, the on-site structural work is done by the customer.

5. Commissioningis part of our delivery.

6. Attendance training - following our training the customer is able to attend the installation himself due to a relatively simple attendance of our installations.

7. Warranty and after-sale service - our company renders a one-year warranty on all our installations.
